Do I need the Sprint first?
Yes. The Build runs on the foundation the Sprint creates - clean CRM, connected tools, AI-readable data. Without it, month one of the Build is setup, not delivery. The Sprint makes the whole engagement faster and cleaner.
What happens after the Build?
You get a fully deployed system with documentation and a 30-day support window. It runs on its own. If you want someone to keep expanding it month over month, that's what Fractional RevOps is for - but it's optional, not required.
Can I cancel Ops?
Yes. 30 days notice, no questions. You own everything we build - no vendor lock-in, no proprietary platform. If you cancel, your systems keep running.
